Function Room Hiring Details
Capacity: 80-100 People
Curfew: 12pm Sunday – Thursday /2am Friday & Saturday unless license extension applied for and approved
Hire Fee: £150 for the evening (from 6pm – close). Kids/Family daytime events £75 (11am -5pm)
Damage Deposit: £100 to be returned the following day, if there is no damage to the Venue. We ask nothing is stuck to the paint work.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, we would need no less than 2 months’ notice for you to receive a full refund (£150 + £100). Any cancellation after this time, we will refund the breakage deposit however will retain the hire fee until we can the fill the room again. If in the event we cannot fill the room, we will retain the hire fee cost.
Food and Drink: For Health and Safety reasons. Only Food and Drink purchased on the property can be consumed. Please discuss your requirements. We have lots of menu ideas for you.
Set Up / Decoration: We are happy to help you set up before the event or you are welcome to come in earlier to decorate. Please discuss your requirements.
Staffing: The Venue will provide competent Bar Staff for all events.
DJ: DJ’s / DJ Equipment / Live Music can be sourced for your Event. Please discuss with us.
Equipment: All Band and Venue Equipment is used at your own risk. The Venue accepts no responsibility for external equipment lost or damaged at the Venue. We have a full sound and lighting setup available for use. Please discuss your requirements.
Under 18’s: No Children under the age of 18 should be on the premises after 8pm. Unless it has been pre-arranged with the Management.
Licensing: The Venue will work to uphold our licensing conditions and local Authorities’ licensing objectives at all times. We also have a ‘Challenge 25’ Policy for people lucky enough to look young.
Fire Exits: Fire Exits are clearly shown. Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure.
