Function Room Hiring Details
Capacity: 80-100 People (Standing)
Hire Fee: £150 for 6 hours ( £25 per hour for extra hours)
Damage Deposit: £100 to be returned the following day, if there is no damage to the Venue. We ask that nothing is stuck to the paint work.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, we would need no less than 2 months’ notice for you to receive a full refund (£150 + £100). Any cancellation after this time, we will refund the breakage deposit however will retain the hire fee until we can the fill the room again. If in the event we cannot fill the room, we will retain the hire fee cost.
Food and Drink: For Health and Safety reasons. Only Food and Drink purchased on the property can be consumed. Please discuss your requirements. We have lots of menu ideas to suit all appetites.
Set Up / Decoration: We are happy to help you set up before the event or you are welcome to come in earlier to decorate (please note that anytime you need for decorating will be included in your time-slot).

Staffing: The Venue will provide friendly, experienced Bar Staff for all events.
DJ: DJ’s / DJ Equipment / Live Music can be sourced for your Event. Please discuss with us.
Equipment: We have a full sound and lighting setup available for use in the Venue. All Band and Venue Equipment is used at your own risk. The Venue accepts no responsibility for external equipment lost or damaged at the Venue. Please discuss your requirements with us.
Under 18’s: No Children under the age of 18 should be on the premises after 8pm. Unless it has been prearranged with the Management.
Licensing: The Venue operates in accordance to our licensing conditions and local Authorities’ licensing objectives at all times. We also have a ‘Challenge 25’ Policy for people lucky enough to look young.
Fire Exits: Fire Exits are clearly shown. Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure
Accessibility: The Venue is wheelchair accessible as is the main bar, where the accessible WC is located. If you have particular access requirements, please get in touch with us.
